Success for Grahame James in Manchester firearms case

In Manchester, Grahame has successfully secured the acquittal of a defendant charged with conspiracy to possess firearms with intent to endanger life, despite having previously been convicted of identical offences and this time with the very same firearm.

Despite all of this, the Jury failed to be convinced by the prosecution of the defendant’s intention to endanger life, resulting in a very satisfactory outcome.
