We take the privacy of our clients, employees, instructing solicitors, and those who make applications to us seriously. Libertas Chambers has a comprehensive Privacy Policy which sets out how barristers, clerks and staff manage data with regard to the key principles set out under the General Data Protection Regulations. Our policy applies to your professional dealings with members of Chambers unless you are specifically advised otherwise by an individual member of Chambers. A list of those members of Chambers who have signed up to this policy is included in the Members Annex available on request from chambers.

Please read the information provided in the Privacy Policy carefully. The privacy policy contains information about the information collected, stored and otherwise processed about you and the reasons for the processing. It also tells you who we share this information with, the security mechanisms we have put in place to protect your data and how to contact Libertas Chambers in the event you need further information.

We will make changes to this policy from time to time as part of our obligation to review the effectiveness of our procedures and any changes in guidance. When changes are made an amended privacy notice will be placed on the Chambers’ website.
