Find Out More About Our Complaints Procedure

Libertas Chambers takes seriously the service we provide to all clients and we strive for it to be excellent at all times.  If a complaint does arise concerning our services the nature of the complaint should be communicated to the Senior Clerk in the first instance on 0207 036 0200 or via email .

If the complaint requires a high level of confidentiality or concerns members of staff please contact the Head of Chambers Simon Csoka KC 0207 036 0200 or via email

We will aim to acknowledge any complaint within 72 hours of receipt. We will deal with the complainant according to Libertas Chambers Complaints Policy that is available on request.

If you are not satisfied with how we resolve any complaint the matter can be referred to the Legal Ombudsman
