James Walker Successfully Appeals Conviction

James Walker successfully appeals conviction for conspiracy to supply class A drugs before the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, Mrs Justice Lambert and Mr Justice Lavender.

The trial involved the appellant’s DNA found on 2 separate 1KG packages of cocaine and the failure of the trial judge to withdraw the case at half time following a submission about indirect transfer.
