Dr Felicity Gerry KC appointed by Kosovo Specialist Chambers

to defend Ismet Bahtijari

Dr Felicity Gerry KC has been appointed to defend Mr Ismet Bahtijari in the Kosovo Specialist Chambers which has jurisdiction over crimes against humanity, war crimes and other crimes under Kosovo law in relation to allegations reported in the Council of Europe Parliamentary Assembly Report of 7 January 2011.

Felicity’s co-counsel is Jim O’Keefe.
